New Corporate Responsibility Report 2008/2009

GPS PE Pipe Systems has published its 2008/09 Social Responsibility Report.

The report reviews the company’s progress on the work it is doing in six citizenship focus areas: responsible selling and purchasing, health and safety, environmental development, people and community.

Internal and external recognition of corporate citizenship initiatives is a valuable way of benchmarking performance, and 2008/09 was a very good year for GPS. The variety of initiatives in the report is both interesting and informative across a broad spectrum of issues from reducing carbon footprint to learning and development. By publishing this report, GPS hopes to be recognised as a company whose commitment to corporate citizenship is demonstrated through continuous improvement.
