Simple and Fast Jointing

DuraFuse electrofusion fittings offer a rapid, convenient method of jointing PE pipes and are especially useful for repairs or tie-ins. Each fitting has an integral barcode to allow Electrofusion Control Units (ECUs) to scan in the fitting’s welding parameters. Jointing can be carried out in a trench and is particularly quick when two or three sets of clamps are employed across successive joints.

Traceability

All DuraFuse electrofusion fittings are fitted with a traceability barcode in full accordance with BS ISO 12176 part 4, allowing full batch traceability.

High Performance Jointing

The design of each fitting ensures optimum heat transfer from energised wire coils that are precisely positioned, ensuring a secure, robust leak free joint.
